Donna Carstens, M.D. joined Asthma Allergy & Pulmonary Associates in September 2000. She trained in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine at the Duke University Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pulmonary Medicine. She has a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of lung cancer, asthma, sarcoidosis, and interstitial lung disease. She has received multiple awards from the medical housestaff for her compassionate care of her patients.
